Your right it is their site and it does state that the atochia had emeralds. I have not seen the manifest to be sure but it does not mean that the emeralds in question came from the atochia. There were many ships sunk around there that were caring them and I do not know if they can claim that those emeralds came from the atochia. If there claim is on the atochia then the would seem to me to prove they came from that ship and there was no other ships involved for there were other ships that had emeralds. So the answer is still ??????????
