If they were going to do a RS, it should have been done when the RM occurred. However, just b/c mgt. of a pinky says they will not do a RS does not mean that when circumstances change, they will not change their plans (and I'm not referring to a 'legitimate' use of a RS such as preparing for listing on an exchange). Given all that has gone on (e.g., disconnected phones, lack of updates/information, 'impasse' w/ Michelex, etc.) and their apparent disdain for retail investors, one can not be blamed for wondering... Having said that, a RS makes no sense at this time. Down the road, who knows; it is not an infrequent event w/ pinkies.
