I agree with your reasoning to be more cautious. However it did give me some comfort to see insider buying and all the inventory they have makes me believe we are due for much better coming quarters.

I also noticed the MM drop the stock a huge percentage on almost no volume and I noticed today how high the ask is. I am sure some retail investors lighten their investments but the stock was push down far more then the volume indicated in my opinion. Wish the company put out a few news releases or updates once in awhile beside quarterly reports.

I now look for good buying opportunities as I still believe this compnay has a product that will continue to make positive profit and the company appears to be tightly run and priced in the .20 cent range I think is a good bargain.. Dont forget this also a candidate for take over or buy out I think.

Good luck to you

Here's what you're missing:

"Tubing set revenue does not "always grow". It grows only when the number of F60s in use grows. Since the company chose to discontinue mentioning this number in the last 10K, we cannot be sure if that's still the case."

Since the number of Freedom60s in use always grows, the tubing set revenue as well always grows. We know the number of users always grows because the retention rate historically has always been off the scale even for devices sold years ago, never mind recently. So while it's true technically in theory that that the number of users could have made a suddenly decline, it's simply not even remotely realistically, especially with the much increased number of device sales.

I don't think this is true either:

"You still don't get it. The needle sets do not replace the tubing sets, they will replace other manufacturers' needle sets. These are TWO different products."

They refer to the High-Flo has the "new needle set" -- it can be used with the Freedom60 and is expected to be used with the Freedom60. From an older filing:

"We have been developing our own needle administration sets for subcutaneous immune globulin, called the Daisy Set which incorporates many enhanced features that we believe will address many of the issues faced by current offerings. The current devices are available with a number of needles from one to six, in three different lengths, and in some cases two different diameters, thus creating a logistical problem for providers to store 38 different kinds of needle sets. Our new Daisy needle sets contain an adjustable needle depth setting, and have the ability to connect to each other to create any number of joined needles, thus reducing all the offerings from 38 to only one type of needle set. In addition, since we have pioneered the fluidics for these administrations, we have designed the Daisy set for very rapid administrations with improved safety. An FDA 510(k) has been submitted for the new set and updated performance features of the Freedom60."
