agreed, the back and fill today is good. so far today we have held the 50 dma, (what once was resistance is now support) intraday obv and mf are negative but in no way near the increases we saw yesterday. agree on volatility, the closer we get to a trial, the bigger swings we will see. i would not be surprised to hear more and more rumors the closer we get to feb 10th with out a resolution or news. i feel we may see 2 to 3 mill share days with 2-3 point swings both ways the closer we get. nimble traders will be able to profit from these moves, non-traders will have to grin and bear it if they still believe or sell out.
