Is it the term agent or is this always the case. If you make me an agent to pick up your leaves and I wacked your next door neighbor, than you would be responsible, lose your house, and go to jail. I realize this has nothing to do with AQLV, but it makes as much sense. Do you have a copy of the agreement between him and AQLV naming him as an 'agent'? I have found nothing that says that he violated any laws of Kenya, and I think since they are so grown up, that if he had, they would have arrested him on the spot, and he would have went before a judicial hearing. I have not heard that has happened.
