Ok. Let's see here.

The O/S has been lowered to 18 million
from 44 million.

The Float increased about 1.5 million.

I guess I have to appreciate the Float increase
because, in the long run, this will also help the
Liquidity begin as I have been posting about.

The Massive O/S DECREASE is a mystery???

Does anyone here have any thoughts on this???

Seems like a VERY POSITIVE MOVE!!!
