Yeah well what can be proven and the fact there was no spike in volume it would be a hard sell to say anything was illegal. I am not defending the guy, but come on, know how the system works before people start hammering about illegalities.

Unless he can manipulate another reverse split, looks like he has finally killed his selling of shares cash cow. Billions of shares sold and no proof of even a penny made from selling product in six years.
