Would IDCC licensing agreement with Apple be nullified if your consortium buys InterDigital's patents (and the rest of the company)?

enyah and wireless wazoo, your idea seems very plausible if Apple would now have to get a new license and deal with the Android partners to get it. That would seem to change the whole dynamic.
