It does appear some of the recent PR's were not compensated unless the company doing the PR purchased a boat load and then PR'ed it to reap any benefits. Their are a few previous instances where cash or shares of stock were handed out as compensation. Downside is shares add to the dilution of a stock especially if they are unrestriced.

As for any positive results, that still remains to be seen. In most cases the PPS dropped or ended in the " red " for the day.

No it's not. There were millions of eyes on this company when they only had 20,000 dollars in stock promotions. Why would they have to amp up promotions amounting to 93,000 if there are so many eyes on TOFS? Stock promotions are good yes but excessive stock promotions are concerning.
