NAP, the FDA has nothing to do with any trial. A shareholder is suing Dean for Securities fraud, and motion to dismiss has been denied. As it stands right now Dean will have his day in court to defend the events that have transpired with the DVIS over the years. I would assume proving to a judge that it performs as advertised will be a major point of the court proceedings and lawsuit.
Oh. You see, that's what I thought too. I have read quite a few posts referring to jail time, a trial, the FBI, the SEC, etc., but I haven't found one link to anything other than the Bogdan case, which I have yet to hear about further.
