I'm only asking because I want to short this thing, and it's just basic due diligence to determine what the float is right now. Nobody seems to know, probably by design.
This is an obvious scam. I'm surprised anyone here ever bought in. Did they not read the filings? A total joke. Paul Belfiore, whoever that is, buys a shell for a few thousand bucks, goes and uses shares to buy a couple worthless properties that other companies have openly written off, and all of a sudden you have a $500MM company? LOL. Only in the world of pump and dumps.
Seriously, if anyone is able to confirm the O/S share count please let me know ASAP. This is a short all the way down to .000001, and it looks like it will get there sooner rather than later.
