Well you know when you are running 3-5 public companies, doing executive production on your son's movies, starring in a TV reality show, and getting engaged on the show and a year later getting married on the Queen Mary, and dealing with other taxing issues, you know Tony can't be expected to keep up with everything like the proper addresses of his companies, his correct age, the proper 8K, 10Q, and 10K filings on his his companies, etc.
