Theres no selling left, MMTC has shown it's strength by absorbing these shares and upticking on bid support over the last three weeks. I believe this stock is undervalued by 100% over the next few weeks leading into the shareholder meeting.

Now when we get news of intent by ASTM, cert news, the shareholder meeting news, and finally an offer by astm....is .10 too much to think of as a possible buyout price? .20? I'm willing to bet big bucks it's closer to .20 than to .0020 when it's all said and done.
