Form 10 coming out as stated by the company, this basically is a reinstatement.

In terms of business, look at their new officers and especially in Mark Jaffe. these guys have the connections to do big things.
The company has stated possible acquisitions and will be presenting at conferences, see latest pr.

4 mill float.

No filings because the 50 year old NASDAQ company demoted itself to resolve it's bankruptcy

There is a new owner of the company who has switched directions and brought in a new board of directors, but all of the old shareholders remain and the foundation of the structure is intact.

It's speculated that some companies related to the new board of directors will be merged in, and it's possible that it will be a merger not an acquisition, thus, 'free'.

They are not filing because they are reorganizing. I think it was mentioned in a PR that they would be refiling to be compliant.
