The FDA is the only agency that can affirm the efficacy of Dean Janes device and they DO NOT!! There is not one doctor, radiologist (named ) or a white paper written that gives any credibility to the claims that the device works as advertised. 10 MB posters do not count!! LOL!!
This presentation was a technical demo, not to be confused with marketing or a commercial demonstration. That may be why this was done in an open house as opposed to an MTV. I am only speculating though.
Dean has a legal team working for him. He is very careful what he says and does. This is a project he has been working on far too long to lose it all now! He made it very clear that the demonstration was not a marketing tool (which is the issue Mugs is talking about). This was simply to show the machine works in 3D real-time. Their intention was not to WOW us by showing all the bells and whistles which could be considered marketing. The demonstration was exactly what Dean wanted it to be, simply to show his technology works.
