Transfer your shares to Fidelity...you won't have issues. Only brokage firms that use Pension are affected as far with the DTC as I know.

OK why the different answers between 2 reps from the same company is a mystery but it goes back to what I originally said ...

That the problem is with penson, and it's minion brokers ...

Notice penson is the clearing firm they use ...

Notice what he said at the end of your conversation with him ...

Sorry for the confusion, it just means that the stock cannot be traded electronically.

There is no problem with any other brokers outside of ones using penson, need to get another broker ...
