I have been through several name changes in other companies, we will be trading again by tomorrow, imo, that is what i was told by scottrade, relax. The policy for most of them is 2-4 business days, usually quicker if they are a u.s. based company.

I checked my account and seek is there and fine. I put in a sell order @ .008 just to see if it would take it and it did. Hope you guys are ok now.

With my account at fidelity, there were two different things showing for the last two days.

there was a number where EYSM was, and then there was a new line for SEEK, this in my "positions" page, as of this morning the old EYSM stuff is gone, and SEEK is showing as normal- Until today I couldn't click on the share number(which on their page is a hyperlink to the history of that position) today I can click on it, I wa able to make an online order yesterday as well. Clearly it isn't the company that is holding it up, it's your broker.

I'm on eTrade and everything looks fine. The ticker shows as SEEK.

Just got off the phone with E*Trade.

I'm also showing a nine digit number instead of a symbol with all shares purchased under the symbol EYSM. It can not be traded until the Company delivers the shares to E*Trade, either electronically or by paper.

They escalated my call to Corporate Action who said they would be willing to initiate a Short Sale to hedge my position if I choose to.
