Aha, I see, thanks for the heads up; I always jump the gun and blame outside dark forces at work for the price decline but I should have just done my homework. Though not very pleased with the dilution and adjusted share price for the small group of investors, getting in at such a cheap price, what about the existing shareholder base? Come on, most of us got in over the last few years at or near $1 and with no warning from the company (except now after the fact) we learn of the share offering.
Do not get me wrong, this raising of capital is actually very bullish for Agenus as now they have critical capital needed to keep moving forward and finally get to the promised land $$$ (adjuvant FDA approval, etc) but still kind of rough for existing investors.
Oh well, hopefully with the added capital on the balance sheet and after the offering is complete, the market will re-price the security and it will possibly/hopefully average between $.50 and $1 maybe at around $.75, but just a total guess.
Thoughts?
Thanks again for the news. Glad they found backing but not glad about the depreciation in pps. :P
GLTA!
