Back then he said after the audit, the uplisting was automatic the day after they filed the 10-K, and back then he said in September.

Currently he's working on getting out the 10-Q.

Hopefully we get some news soon. If the company is taking on all this debt, it would be nice to see why. A really positive PR would be nice.
