Typically the investors that are offered the equity stake are professionals at running these pink sheets stocks up. So if they do dilute and a single group takes a large position you can almost guarantee that they will run it up. How far is anyones guess, but remember this group is going to get shares at a discount to the market value, so they wont have to run it up that far in order for them to make money.
If IWDM raises cash it will be Restricted stock only...You have to remember that Michaels, Zell and his guys are deep pocket real players not some nickel and dime week to week penny players. The stock they get will in all likelyhood be held longterm, as will the stock Bubba got paid. In my opinion the news is so big that will be coming the buy volume will dwarf anything we've seen in the last year - even the volume during the run to .68 Smart money would be buying all they could get down here.
