How does Janet know that there will be a change in time frame for the award versus straight out award announcement? Isn't this a material change from what she said previously?

Option, did she state specifically that she was waiting for a change to the timeframe or that she was waiting for something from the ICC? I guess I'm asking is there reason to take her comment as indication that a decision is not on the short-term horizon?

Janet did confirm that she missed the conference due to the fact that she is waiting for the ICC to notify IDCC on a change to the timeframe for an award. She will be sitting put until she receives an update from the ICC.
