Jeff, what you say sounds very logical, the only problem that I see is that the reason for them to establish new lows on conversion has to do with % of ownership. They already own the whole company (98%) I believe at their .012 conversion price. So unless they are pulling out one owner (remember that now we have YA plus 5 individuals), and the remaining want to shuffle again the % of ownership, I don't see a reason to establish a new low. That .012 low is in effect into mid october I believe.
