Ugh buc.... You kill me... If we acquire a failing company with more debt and take on their shareholders our pps will fall. It's common sense. The only way we are going up is if we take on a company that has something to compliment this one and add more revenue not debt. So far this company has done nothing but dilute this stock and say they are going to advertise. None of us have seen anything solid from this company. This weekend they have a chance to show proof that they did indeed pay for advertisements. Let me ask you this what would happen if your wife came home and said she spent millions of dollars on your house but had nothing to show for it??? I don't know about you but it'd be pretty clear to me that she just took your millions and put it in her own account. Duh....
