First off, if sunlogics keeps the product and essentially they cancel all stock in SLMU and focus strictly on sunlogics than all the owners of sunlogic will lose all their shares in SLMU. Not going to bankrupt themselves for no reason.

Secondly, where did you get the 100,000$ annually? That is an arbitrary number with no proof whatsoever. Also, the unit are valued at 175,000$ each. Not 1,000,000$. Annual income is all about government subsidy, cost per watt, and usage. Aka, completely unknown at this time.
