Hmmmm.... kind of funny how new people were appointed to fill the vacant seat and how Larry White has not completely stepped out from PDOS until the new people brought on board are up to speed. This is how things in business work.

Form 8K- July 12th, 2011
Item 5.02 Departure of Directors of Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers.

On July 12, 2011, the Board of Directors of Platinum Studios, Inc. (the “Company”) accepted the resignation of Lawrence “Larry” White as the Company’s Interim Chief/Principal Financial Officer. Mr. White’s resignation was not the result of any disagreements, of any kind, with the Company.

Form S-8- July 18th, 2011

SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

The undersigned constitute and appoint Scott M. Rosenberg their true and lawful attorney-in-fact and agent with full power of substitution, for him and in his name, place, and stead, in any and all capacities, to sign any and all amendments, including post-effective amendments, to this Form S-8 Registration Statement, and to file the same with all exhibits thereto, and all documents in connection therewith, with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, granting such attorney-in-fact the full power and authority to do and perform each and every act and thing requisite and necessary to be done in and about the premises, as fully and to all intents and purposes as he might or could do in person, hereby ratifying and confirming all that such attorney-in-fact may lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue hereof.

Pursuant to the requirements of the Securities Act of 1933, this registration statement has been signed by the following persons in the capacities and on the date indicated:

/s/ Larry White

Lawrence White

Chief Financial Officer

July 18, 2011

Oh, look Larry White signed this Form that was submitted to the SEC on July 18th, 2011.

What do you think, when someone resigns that they just pack up their stuff and leave that instant before the void is met? Give me a break!

the story is that the CFO ran for the door not because of bad news, but because he wants to be the CEO. its all about power and ego. i lived in L.A. for years and know the promotion people there. after some phone calls to L.A. and several hours on the phone , i was informed that he wants his own company buildt on the model of rosenburgs ideas. he saw the money to be had from this medium , e books, ect. and wants to be in the captian seat. Rosenburg showed them how it is done and now they want a piece of the pie, and they want to call the shots. plain and simple. ego always wants to sit in the big chair. it just shows that Rosenburg is doing everything right.
