ERHC had no complicity in leaking info. If what you fear is possible what would stop a large corporation (such as SNP) paying off an officer/employee of any company they are entwined with, such as ERHC, to the tune of a few million dollars to leak info so they could void the contract? Pretty cheap out.
Above scenario is why I feel ERHC would be cleared of any charges of leaking info since they had no part in such leak.
krom....Chill out. Use your common sense. Your find was great, but there is no proof or indication ERHC has leaked anything or is responsible for anyone else leaking anything. This is so old the stuff would have long ago have hit the fan if there was a serious breach,imo.
