I think the PR only referenced ENTI as the birthplace of ENTI. If I read it correctly I would say it is a good thing to help promote ENTI as a developer and get their name out to more people.

Plus ENTI apparently has the PTEL shares in the accusition. Since the shareholder have not received them then ENTI is holder and owns a large percent of the company.

Its just not two comapnies that have the same CEO. Both companies still have shared resources etc.

Good point. Why would news be released to a security no longer holding the asset. Where is the compression tech news, or ptel shares? The compression tech possibly is under a high security lockdown aka(Tony's basement) with his brother Rick standing outside the door holding a BB pistol.
