Tookme, it will be public as soon as they can put together a press release. If they have the decision already, they will have to poor over it to see what it means, especially monetarily.

Tookme re an arbitration decision already made

The arbitration decision has already been made by the three-member tribunal by March 31. It is now in the process of being reviewed and finalized by the ICC. The ICC has not yet disclosed the final arbitration decision to either party. When the ICC makes the final arbitration decision known to the parties, IDCC will disclose the final decision. Merritt's comments from the latest CC as follows:

..."Now, I can assure you that the management change had nothing to do with the Nokia arbitration. That process continues. As we reported earlier this week, we have received no decision from the panel nor any indication as to what the decision could be."
