Seems to me Cabo would have to be a novice investor to put $1.5 million into a company with a market cap of less than $2 million, with $5 million in net negative liabilities, for a 49% stake. And judging by his past history, this isn't his first rodeo.
I'm thinking that when (if?) the detail terms are provided, it will be a better deal for Cabo than it appears.
