Everytime you play message board roulette and become a story believer. They spend $25 - 50k on the shell & news story releases. Maybe another $10 - 20k to buy a run (which they get back, either with wash trading or just selling bought stock at the peak and held as the run moves up) and they make hundreds of thousands ($), selling lithium mines news releases in Chile, to you.
If they are knowledgeable, experienced and careful with the news releases. All legal. You can promote, you can sell stock for huge profits, but you cant lie. So when you PR you have a "letter of intent". You better have a lawyer in Chile brokering paper work. No need to ever intend to close or event have the assets to close, as long as you have the documentation. You can say your in talks with, all you want, but you better make some phone calls and ask how the weather is in Chile. Documentation. Want a free vacation, take a trip to Chile. Better stop in at a lawyers office. The expense for the lawyer, news releases, trips and phone calls all come off you balance sheet. Why not back yourself up.
So when you read this new company, with the corner on the newest hot market, in some far away land, has an experienced CEO, which has run numerious companies. All that means is he will never get caugth, taking your money!
Ever notice or wonder why so many OTC startup companies PR their business will be outside the US? Try to research bio tech business dealing in China. Then try to resarch business dealings in Las Angeles Calf. Never let yourself open for true research! A big part of the game.
Your shell actually have assets, Then spend some cash for a professional website another $2k. Nothing says real, like a picture of a truck, pallets of water bottles in a warehouse or the front of an office building. Event if you have no employee to drive the truck or only lease office space in the building or warehouse. Suckers love pictures.
Oh and don't forget to through in some fluff now and then. Quote market size numbers for you product. Logic tells the herd, if the company only gets 1% of a 1 billion dollar market, they will be successful and make the shareholder rich, by holding Long & Strong.
Learn the game, trade the game. Do what the big guys do. Never believe the PR story, trade the reaction to it. Money can be made. If you know who your playing against. Maybe most important, LEARN to SELL !!!
