Normal for most shells. This is likely a reverse merger, imo. Since there has not been a sell off I BELIEVE we are still good and ready for multiple pennyland.
Personally I never expected the financials to be anything anyway. I'm playing the merger lottery here. It is a little disconcerting that the financials are dated as of 4/30 and offer no advice on availability of funds, and the PR announcing the securing of funds to complete the merger is dated 4/7. I know the standard wording of these reports includes every disclaimer known to man. Please tell me I missed something. Until merger papers are signed I believe this to be a craps shoot. Come on 7.
