l2, a little slow on the uptake? They have been doing it this way for several quarters now.

L2V, I spoke to JP about the IDCC's guidance reporting procedures and the timing last week. In summary, IDCC waits until it has actuals from their customers, then IDCC compiles and reports. Now, from time to time, a customer may revise their actuals [all: please don't ask me why. It's not a big deal, there are so many NORMAL operating issues that can effect actuals, change is normal.] and IDCC will make revisions. With the aforementioned being understood, and based on my experience, I believe Mr. Fagan will put a reserve in his figures to ensure he doesn't overstate his forecast. The last thing Dick needs is mikey calling him incompetent and screaming for his head because a reporting subject changed its 'actuals.'

With regard to timing, each contract has its own reporting deadline. IDCC gives guidance after the reports are in. So, I personally will look for guidance around this timeframe every quarter.
