Exactly Rustler, this is the right approach, though frustrating to wait as it is, but we know that energy efficient cars etc are the future and within a couple of years it will become mainstream.
I also believe in the fact that we'll see a dime or more from now 'til years end, and who knows maybe more than that, or sooner than that...
I'm not claiming anything for next, or the following years, but with all the new developments in the green revolution I say this has the potency to go to a buck and beyond... IMHO
Wouldn't it be great if one could load up now and hold it until then... well, this could be a 100 bagger at these levels...
