1) Yes. The filters were always able to add to the cart but they haven't been shipping since last week. The reason they have allowed ordering of filters and not starter kits is, IMO, because they knew new filters were coming in from Germany a lot sooner than more e-cigs. I ordered more filters on Saturday, but they haven't shipped yet because they're not in yet. Get it?

2) From the looks of it, yes, the Deluxe is just a double e-cig. Can you not understand how having limited e-cigs in stock would delay the ability to purchase the Deluxe until the stock is larger? Allow single starter kits to be sold, most likely at least to get the product in more people's hands, and allow for larger single orders to one person later.

3) Yes, very humorous. You must be on to something...

4) Did you forget question 4, or does 5 come after 3 for you normally?

5) OTC Axiom 24: every OTC CEO is a scumbag. Deal with it. But some scumbags actually come out with a product in the end, while the vast majority don't. Anything else other than looks you're basing this on?

The deluxe kit is not just double everything. All you have to do is read the description. It is 2 batteries and 2 heating coils. The rest is the same as a regular starter pack.

They clearly had a small initial run. That being the case, it obviously makes more sense to sell the single starter packs first.
