When running Firefox 4.0.1 I get the same ugly red window.
When running Explorer I connect to the Kraiglabs.com website with no problems except the first page of the news section appears to be missing.
This is beginning to have the smell of a directed hacker attack.
I note that the warning page I get now (using the same browser as before) is a lot uglier and nastier looking that it was the first time a few days ago).
Kraig would have no motive whatsoever for removing the first page of news, which presumably would have their latest PR about the upcoming CC plus it did have the very positive announcement about the SIAL deal.
OTOH someone shorting the stock and having trouble buying shares to cover before the CC might well have a motive. (Say someone who sold a bunch of shares around 10 and just can't afford to cover at 13.)
Particularly suspicious is the timing and the escalation: it began as a mere deletion of the first page of news as the "deadline" of the announcement of the CC passed without the price dropping below the floor at 13, then escalated to a relatively mild warning as the
price still held above 13 and now after the announcement of the CC date it's gotten even uglier.
I wasn't following Kraig at the time, but I've seen references to the loss of a link that made it impossible for investors to trade for a day or so about the time of the previous CC (that really had skyrocketed the price possibly putting some shorter into desperate straits at that point). Am I the only one that sees a possible connection between the two?
