Can anyone confirm that the UK issue involved 2g or 3g? What would motivate the parties to push it back?

I think the order says 15 days past October 31st. Not that it matters.

To all, I just spoke with Janet and the settlement is only on an appeal that IDCC made and as JayKay stated the trial is secheduled for 10/31/2005.
