my3, saw that at the link bakerman provided. Have been looking for another reference to that UK litigation to see if the case numbers match. SOMETHING going on between Nokia and InterDigital in that UK court was "settled" on 5/13/2005, and it only took them 30 min to do that based on what we can see.
Not sure how much weight to give such an event even if we do confirm that it was Nokia's 2G challenge, but my old heart kicked the pace up a notch when we saw it this morning.
