#298 RE: gofish2012 #297

Some good news to report. The schedule and price range for equipment to Sheboygan is being finalized from what I have been told by a supplier. The price for a major set of components came in lower than expected by as much as 25%. I doubt this would actually translate to a real savings given the nature of start ups, but there is definitely wiggle room here.

The complexity of the Sheboygan plant has also been reduced since some of the operations are going to be done prior to material arrival. (pre-sorting in Milwaukee to remove metals and some debris) This would be a great opportunity to use funds for automation instead of labor. The skill level of plant employees would need to be higher, but fewer employees reduces overhead.

The best scenario that could play out would be the start up of Riverbank to prove the oil production part of the system, re-create that system in Sheboygan, then add the cleaning and separation systems to a working plant. The most complex portions of the plant (cleaning system) would then have the most time to get working properly. They could begin selling the material through the Magic Bright distribution until the final piece comes together with compounding and finished goods through Ravago.

The puzzle pieces are there, let's hope we all have the patients to see the picture materialize. This could be a two year process!
