As for the 4A issue, clearly there is an issue between Mike and John, and in my opinion, that's where it should stay. It has no relevance on the business of SLMU, until someone can show me how it does. If the issue is one of ethics, etc, I can agree with that. However, none of that has stopped the merger from happening.

Too funny!! This director-in-waiting is a guy who spills buckets of ink writing flowery prose about ethics and integrity and yet thinks that public allegations contained in SEC filings indicating that Matvieshen stiffed Salamon on the way to taking control of a public company and subsequently issuing himself 20 million shares and 20 million tenth-of-a-penny warrants should be dismissed as a private "issue."
