Would you rather sell ( if you could) at 100 % loss?

There won't be any buyers left.

Why would anyone do that not knowing 100% that this would fail. Who gives a crap about the last 20% anyway. I have already mentally accepted the fact that the money is gone. But, if Dean pulls it off thats cool too.

that's in the past

You are down 80%--that's a given. What's the likelihood of getting to the 50 cents or so to make you whole?

Considering the imminent dilution...slim and none.

Look at the price action lately and what do you see? Lower highs? People selling into any strength at all?

Do you see any imminent dilution on the horizon?

Do you realistically see any chance at a submission anytime soon?

If there is a surprise announcement, do you expect it likely to be positive or negative?

What is the likelihood that when you finally do sell, will the position be worth more or less than it is now?

Percentage loss to date doesn't matter at all. Just because you lost 80% doesn't make it any more or less likely you will or will not lose another 80% from here.

The only question is how do you feel about this company going forward? Will it make you more or less money than the alternative?

Do you trust that the company tells you the truth when they speak? Or do you have to discount or parse words?

Longtime holders? There aren't any.

Thats what they wanted you to think as they dumped on every rise. Just look back and see who they were, and then poof, they were gone. They never even thanked you for hanging in for them.

Bankruptcy and extinction moments away.

This is the second time I got burnt to be emotionally attached to a penny stock. I took whatever funds I had and doubled it last week. To double your money in penny land is not impossible, but just think about how long do you take IMGG is going to double up again, meaning going back to .20? In my mind its going to take around two months (if the company still has funds). Just my thoughts are why I sold.

I agree Optimus. Why sell now?

You probably won't get many of us longs posting in this Imaging3 climate, but I for one am planning on hanging in there no matter what happens as I believe the company is going to win in the end. Watch for KingKongGuru's posts. I think he is the one key knowledgeable poster on the board, and he still believes!! :)
