Nah. It's a scam, constructed by a crew from vancouver and Montreal with a long record of pushing such scams. They have no real projects beyind separating would-be retail investors from their money and putting it in their own pockets.

Amyot and Morrice have a long tradition in this game. Spencer Pharma, of which they are both Directors, is another current scam from their stable.


Amyot, of course, is also behind penny stock scam promotion outfit, ItsAllBull (IAB) Media, which is convenient when you have a dozen or more vehicles designed to skim money from naive and gullible punters on the Pink Sheets.

"No messing around."

No messing around indeed: Amyot, Morrice and their accomplices like Arella and DiFruscia are members of a criminal conspiracy to defraud the investing public.

And that's not my opinion - it's pure fact.
