What does it look like for MM today. Is that real time? Can you tell which way the stock is going to head by the L2s?

scmfinance - At the risk of looking stooopid, I assume by "L2" you just mean access to real-time quotes. If that is the case, I do. The problem is that my two trade sites are posting different prices. The bid and quote always match but the ask is vastly different.
