J: With exph, who at this moment other than JD et al. knows?
However, it may be that JD is, to use the old expression, "getting hoisted on his own petard." I think it was sbb who has brought up the notion that JD may not be brilliantly orchestrating all this (he's orchestrating all this, of course, but perhaps not as well as some think). It could be that the cumulative effects of all his prior "orchestrating" are hungry chickens coming home to roost, and there isn't any corn or soybeans in the trough. It may be that we are seeing the beginnings of the death throes of exph.
Something "big" is going to be happening soon, it looks like, and perhaps exph is not going to survive. Certainly, this latest laughable p&d showed that they cannot go back to the deep well that they went to big-time in the recent past. There are too many people on to these crooks, to put it simply.
I know you very humbly and courageously accept your loss of $138k, but, on your behalf, that makes me seethe with anger.
this is a zecco/penson issue that came to light LAST WEEK due to an exph long who went to *BUY* via his zecco acct and was told NO .. but *yeppers* he could sell his EXPH SHARES ;-)
think about it
again i've had this discussion last week with mgmt .. i'd respectfully suggest anyone who is an actual shareholder with specific ?s .. contact mgmt and ask about this issue
as for the comments from the co.
they were issued yesterday after interacting with the usual folks
the TA and corp counsel
i'm just *grateful* that mgmt has both integrity and awareness .. they are an unregistered co. on the OTC .. that is far more transparent than *counterparts*
as always
folks will have to do their own DD ... there are tons of co.s that .. er .. share this *issue* with PENSON ..
btw if kendrick is the ceo .. christ i hope his intent is to take the co. private ..
