That was the problem I had (and others) about 8 months ago (dont quote the exact time, it's been awhile) with another broker.. When I brought it up, I was a basher.. Now it's spreading to other brokers, and it's a miracle.. lol

Just some of us got nailed the fees before being told. I was able to transfer mine to Zecco at the time..
