The company is going private, so stock holders equity doesn't mean squat. Surely you knew this already! You're the MOD of the board and one would think that it's incumbent on you to at least inform people what's really going on here. I don't want to see some newbie wonder on to the board and lose their hard earned cash (reading your posts, they might be inclined to hold this).
