Funny they did not mention the foward split. One would think that is pretty important and any competent CPA would include it. If they get it out in a day or two fine, but if this turns out to be a delay tatctic for some reason it make one wonder especially since this is 2 years old. It would be nice to see all 10K's up to date and that will look them look much more legit and not like they have something to hide and get the CE removed.
