BTW, wouldn't it be something if they both asked the ICC for a delay? Man, the street would go crazy.

Ranger, not to bring you down, but here is the comment from the transcript, it is not exactly as you think:

"And so we have remained open to fashion deals that make sense for us, but if there's not a deal in the offering, and the result is positive, then we would move forward on executing on the judgment."

I still believe we are going to win, but as you can see, he didn't let anything at all slip, although when I first heard the comment, I don't remember hearing the underlined part either.

BTW, did you read your messages?
