han you are right. This company should have had their Pr campaign then issued shares. These rookies are currently doing everything backwards IMO. That is why the price is so low.
If the could have pumped the stock enough to keep it at 0.01 before the dilution they would not have had to issue so many shares. This is a bad management decision IMO.
Oh well there is a high possibilty that this company can recover.
