You're probably right corp, as to a higher risk for idcc. I still can't understand why idcc could'nt have stuck HG and RIP in a box and locked in a closet. Negotiate with Merritt as the recognized helm... fire HG and RIP June 1st. It doesn't look like either have been in the mix for awhile anyway. I doubt nok gives a whack other than the snickering. Oh well, what the _ell, as all I wait for is a nok settlement, negotiated or not. The bottom line will be much the same. ... ... nic
