Jorma clearly doesn't like Howard, as we saw in the Delaware response.

But I don't think he'd be so petty as to make that a condition of a 3G agreement.

This has obviously been simmering for quite a while, and the timing of Harry's re-election is, IMO, what kicked over the can.

As you know, proxy votes are coming in, and Harry needed Heartland's.

I also think #2 and #4 are the possibilities.

as I posted in poster #105089, I think the trigger is the Cohen's proposal.

Also there is slight change for a settlement with Nok now. Previously I didn't think Nok and IDCC would never settle their disputes. After today's news, I think there is a small possibility for both to settle.
